GREAT CRESTED GREBE
Both of these images were taken at the WWT reserve at Barnes, west London. The Grebe nested close to a path, this image was taken with a 500mm lens + 1.4 extender.
GREY HERON
Again taken from the path with a 500mm lens. The Herons are relatively tame and certainly early in the morning will allow a close approach while they are fishing.
