A trip to Slimbridge during November was not very productive as the Bewick's had only only just started arriving but a visit in early December was much better.
BEWICK SWAN IN FLIGHT
The Bewick's very rarely came close enough for photography during the day but this one luckily did and I didn't need to crop the image.
CANADA GOOSE LANDING
There appear to be more Canada Geese at Slimbridge each year and while they are not my favourite bird they do provide something to take when the Swans and Ducks are too far away.
MUTE SWAN
This Mute Swan swam past the hide and I liked its pose and the beautifully still water.
