LATEST IMAGES - FINLAND1
Finland has caught our imagination over the last few years both for its spectacular wildlife and for the wonderful light. A week at the end of February saw us near the Arctic Circle in Kuusamo trying to photograph Golden Eagles. We had mixed success seeing them fly past every day and watching them mate in a tree too close to get the camera on them. They did come down a couple of times and we did manage some shots although the light was neither behind us for 'English' type pictures or backlight for 'Finnish' type images. However it is always a pleasure to be so close to such a magnificent bird.
