As well as the Pink Feet there were other species to photograph.
BARNACLE GOOSE IN FLIGHT
This Barnacle Goose also came close enough to photograph although it needed our 500mm lens plus a 1.4 extender and then a slight crop.

The first Whooper Swans, six I think, of the winter had also just arrived and even now they came very close to the hide where there was a pile of what looked like potatoes put out for the Geese. We will definitely go back later in the winter especially as we can stay close with some friends who charge very reasonable B&B rates!
