We enjoyed Bulgaria so much last year we tried another visit. This time it was a month earlier but unfortunately our first week coincided with the first rain for at least a month. The second week cleared up but the birds were a little behind starting nesting. Still Spatia Wildlife looked after us very well and took us to some new spots. On the Black Sea coast we saw many Avocets on the old salt pans where we put a hide up on a couple of mornings
