Many of the Puffins during our visit to Skomer Island were bringing in Sandeels and so we had many opportunities to practice our flight shot technique. As the Puffin is such a small bird the 400mm or 500mm lens is needed. Many images were deleted but we were quite pleased with some. We always find the best place for flight shots is above the landing jetty.
