After our cruise to South Georgia we spent two weeks on our own travelling around the Falklands. We visited the islands of Saunders, Carcass, Bleaker and Sea Lion which gave us a good spread of the Falkland wildlife. The weather was surprisingly good with very little rain but of course the wind was a constant feature. Our first stop on Saunders Island was at the self catering facility at the Neck where we were right next to the beach and all the penguins..
