Our landing at St Andrews Bay coincided with the calmest day we had experienced in South Georgia. We landed at 5.30am and stayed until 6pm, a quite magical day although we both managed to fall asleep when we stopped for a lunch time break! The King Penguins seemed more spread out than on our last visit but the chicks were just as inquisitive as before.
