LATEST IMAGES - GREAT NORTHERN DIVER
A very confiding Great Northern Diver has been resident for quite some time on an ornamental lake in Cheltenham. The Diver has become well used to people and dogs although it does spend most of its time in the middle of the lake. The Diver is beginning to moult into its spectacular breeding plumage and will be well worth another visit if it stays much longer. The light during my visit wasn't the best although it was the best for quite a while but it did give an atmospheric black and white feel to the images.
