During our weeks stay on Midway Atoll we were allowed one all too brief trip to Eastern Island. Unfortunately it rained for half of the time which we weren't expecting and we had to leave just as the weather improved! However it was good to see the Great Frigatebirds, I have to admit we wouldn't have known they weren't Magnificent Frigatebirds, and the Red-footed Boobies.
