Havergate Island RSPB reserve in Suffolk holds a small number of brown hares which are relatively confiding and provided us with good photographic opportunities. Trips out to the Island are relatively sparse so we were pleased when we could arrange two consecutive trips. All the RSPB staff were very friendly and helpful, even to two photographers, which made our visit all the more enjoyable.
