LATEST IMAGES - SPAIN6

I had lovely light during my winter visit to Extremadura and saw no rain. Indeed it looked like it hadn't rained for quite a while with the ground being very hard and the rivers very empty. The nice light was very welcome and meant I could take images all through the short days. Below is a selection of birds taken either from one of the permanent hides I used or from the car window. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely go back, probably in the spring for the Bustards and Lesser Kestrels.
